Description:
Faculty, staff and student are invited to attend “Serving Justice: Using Service-Learning to Promote Social Justice," a free workshop by Breeden Eminent Visiting Professor David Marlow.
Workshop participants will learn about the practice of service-learning in higher education and discuss various ways in which faculty can achieve course learning outcomes using forms
of service-learning.
Dr. David Marlow is Director of Service-Learning and Community Engagement at the University
of South Carolina Upstate, and he is currently serving as a Breeden Eminent Visiting Scholar in the College of Liberal Arts at Auburn University.
