The Office of University Writing invites faculty to attend WriteBites Chats, monthly discussions over lunch that encourage sharing of issues and strategies between faculty. The topic of this month’s discussion is “Including Visual Thinking in Any Course.” Participants will discuss ideas for using visual instruction and assignments to teach students to think, plan, and organize via visual thinking rather than remain limited to linear structures like outlines or alphabetical presentations of ideas.
