WriteBites Chats are monthly discussions over lunch that encourage sharing of issues and strategies between faculty. The topic of this month’s discussion is “Identifying What Students Already Know and Can Already Do.” Participants will discuss strategies that can help them get a read on their students’ abilities at the beginning of the term so they can adjust their teaching schedule to maximize student learning and minimize the time they spend re-teaching. Registration is free, but space is limited.
