The Women’s Leadership Institute in the College of Liberal Arts in partnership with the Office of Faculty Engagement in University Outreach will host “Set Your Sails” an open forum to discuss issues important to women and their supporters. The event, offered as a free session in this year’s Women’s Leadership Conference, will be held in the Auburn University Hotel and Dixon Conference Center from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 24. Dr. Taffye Benson Clayton, vice president and associate provost for Inclusion and Diversity, will offer a welcome. The open forum will pick up themes discussed at last year’s co-hosted symposium with the Tuskegee Auburn Women’s Leadership Alliance, further exploring “voices from the margins” by giving women and their supporters the opportunity to strengthen professional relationships and dialogue with colleagues across campus.
