Location: Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art
Starting at 5 pm, the Museum Café is open on Thursdays with tapas, beer, wine, and specialty cocktail menus. Prices range from $7 to $10, and the portions are meant for sharing.
From 6 to 7 pm, hear live jazz in the lobby by some of the best local and regional musicians. The house band is the Cullars Improvisational Rotation. Others will occasionally perform.
At 7 pm, the Third Thursday Poetry series features invited poets from the region and beyond. Unless otherwise advertised, there is an open mic for audience members to participate. On November 20,
the poet is Kendra DeColo.
