Directed by Dr. S. Raj Chaudhury, the Indian Music Ensemble will perform on Monday, April 27, at 6:00 pm in Goodwin Recital Hall. The ensemble is made up of instrumentalists and vocalists performing traditional classical and
semi-classical compositions that represent both the Hindustani and Carnatic traditions. Performers use authentic instruments such as harmonium, tabla, tanpura and sitar in their performances. Advanced tickets are available online for all patrons (students and
non-students) at $10 per ticket, available until the day before the event. Patrons will need to bring one form of ID to pick up their ticket from the will-call table set up one hour before the event begins. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
If advanced tickets are not picked up by fifteen minutes prior to the event, then they may be resold for waiting patrons. Regular tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for students and children, and will be sold at the door one hour prior to performance
