Olga Fink, a senior lecturer at Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, will hold a seminar at Auburn University on Monday, Aug. 29, from 3-4 p.m. in 3210 Shelby Center. Fink’s seminar, “Deep Fault Detection,”
will outline a new approach to detecting faults in complex engineered systems, such as a power plant generator, and how this method can detect irregular conditions and provide an early warning for officials. The seminar is sponsored by the Samuel Ginn College
