In today’s climate, non-profit agencies are finding it even more critical to secure funding sources. To address this issue, the Office of Public Service is hosting a Grant Writing Workshop, Wednesday, April 17th, 1-2:30 p.m. at the Auburn Chamber of Commerce. Juanita Winegar, Contracts and Grants Specialist III in the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, will cover the basics of grant writing including- identifying a need, finding funding, writing the proposal, creating a budget, submitting a proposal and administering the project.

Staff and volunteers in the non-profit sector are encouraged to attend.
