Location: Student Center third-floor Ballroom B The grant writing process can be both intimidating and confusing, but it is a necessary skill to develop in order to fund your research projects both now and in your future career.
Because graduate students expressed interest in learning more about the grant writing process, GSC has invited Tony Ventimiglia, the director of proposal services and faculty support in Auburn's Office of Vice President of Research and Economic Development, to speak on this subject. Tony's presentation, "Succeeding in Proposal Development," will offer advice on finding funding opportunities, writing tips/hints and the three main facets that must be addressed when writing a proposal. Free pizza and beverages will be served for graduate students.
