Please join us to discuss the FY 2004 Innovative Rehabilitation Training Annual Performance Report (APR).

The FY 2024 APR is similar to last year’s APR—with some adjustments to obtain more accurate financial information that RSA needs to certify grantees’ substantial progress and fiscal stewardship required for full continuation funding. We will focus on these clarifications and adjustments as well as the U.S. Department of Education’s perspective about large available balances and excessive carryover. Also, we will discuss your opportunity to assess your grant’s progress in meeting its approved application commitments, develop activities to “catch up” on any unmet objectives or targets, and submit a responsible, approvable carryover request based on those activities.

Feel free to forward to any additional program and fiscal team members you may wish to invite. For your convenience, I have attached the APR Dear Colleague letter/instructions and two optional budget worksheets.

Do not hesitate to contact me or April Hammond, at felipe.lulli@ed.gov or april.hammond@edd.gov, if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

Thank you, in advance, for your participation.

Felipe and April
