This is the PSFS calendar that shows up on the Foy 205 web site. I’m going to schedule these on this calendar and invite the two of us so it shows on our calendar.

Will invite Bob/Tony if needed (depending on our availability; or rather lack thereof).

For this appointment I’ve set it as “show as: Free”. When I include the person who reserved the room I’ll pick “working elsewhere” and then we can open the appointment to change it to “free” for our own calendars.

After this one I will include the person who reserved the room and this will be their reservation notification. What do you think?
