The ways in which music and visual art are related seem limitless. This concert project explores various ways in which music and art intersect. The goal of the classical trio, The Pangaea Chamber Players, is to highlight three different types of musical and artistic inspirations: 1. Music inspired by art, 2. Music inspired by artists, and 3. Art inspired by music. The musical group will perform three 20th Century American compositions which highlight each of these inspirations.
