Staff Playlist is a first-of-its-kind exhibition for the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art at Auburn University. Staff from the museum and the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center selected art from the permanent collection and paired it with a song. The exhibition features Andy Warhol and Pablo Picasso, among others, and includes photography, sculpture, painting and works on paper. Don't miss this immersive and interactive visitor experience, as you listen along on a Spotify playlist and get to know the people behind-the-scenes of the fine arts and performing arts at Auburn.

The Advancing American Art Collection is the cornerstone of the museum's collection. Auburn's collection includes 36 pieces, making it one of the largest and most complete collections from the original 1948 Advancing American Art exhibition in the world. Works reflect American modernism, and selections include works by Arthur Dove, William Gropper, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Jacob Lawrence, John Marin and Georgia O'Keeffe. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the acquisition, curators are featuring this unique art history resource for campus and community.
