April 24, 2018
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Location: Pebble Hill

Students, faculty, staff, and the public are invited to an exhibition of posters designed with international translations of the Auburn Creed on Tuesday, April 24 at 4 p.m. at Pebble Hill in Auburn.

Auburn University faculty, staff, and students in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures, Department of Philosophy, Korea Corner, Arabic Center, and University Outreach provided translations to students in two graphic design courses taught by Ross Heck and Samantha Herbert. Translators will read from translations and students will discuss their design strategies at the exhibition. The project commemorates the 75th anniversary of the writing of the Auburn Creed, written by Dr. George Petrie in 1943.

The event is free, and refreshments will be provided. Pebble Hill is located at 101 S. Debardeleben Street in Auburn. The event is sponsored by the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities. For more information, visit www.auburn.edu/cah.
