The public is invited to a book talk by James Lee McDonough, author of William Tecumseh Sherman: In the Service of My Country, a Life.

James Lee McDonough is a Civil War historian and professor emeritus at Auburn University. He is the author of nine books, including Nashville: The Western Confederacy’s Final Gamble and Shiloh: In Hell Before Night.

The event is free, open to the public, and will be followed by refreshments. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
