"Building on the principles of Ghandi, Nelson Mandela and, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the nonviolence method to conflict management can be powerfully applied to any setting, any issue, any relationship. Right here, right now. The training overpowers preconceived notions and past experience, helping us embrace forgiveness, understanding and acceptance. Our team has trained extensively with Dr. Bernard Lafayette who worked side by side with Dr. King and the other young leaders of the Civil Rights Movement. Dr. King believed that nonviolence training was the key to really healing our country and allowing us to move forward. It has proven successful in world movements, prison systems, school campuses, corporations and personal relationships. Our training inspires and educates individuals to think and act differently—to break free from their own prejudice, bias, conditioning and judgment, which then allows them to respond to conflict with reconciliation instead of lashing out or holding grudges. Our training sessions are hands on, down to earth, relevant and real. We are anxious to get this training out to any interested party, with a focus on young people. The more people we train, the more these simple but revolutionary principles can impact our hurting world. This is not easy; it takes hard work and commitment. So let’s get started now."
