About Auburn Airwaves 2016

Auburn’s University Program Council will host its annual Auburn Airwaves concert on March 31st, 2016 from 6:30- 9 PM CST. The concert will be held at the Ag Heritage Park off of South Donahue Drive. This year’s artists include Rae Sremmurd, Lil Jon, and Natalie La Rose. Auburn students get in the concert for free and public tickets are $25, available on auburnupctickets.com.

When/Where is the concert?

The concert will be at the Ag Heritage Park, next to the red barns On March 31st from 6:40-9:40 PM CST.

Is this concert open to the public?

Yes, it is open to students and the general public.

How much are tickets?

Students get in free with an Ignited Card. Public tickets are $25.

Can I use a friend’s ignited card?

No, we will be checking faces to IDs.

When do the doors open?

5:20 PM CST.

Will artists be selling merchandise?

Yes

Will there be food at the concert?

Yes

Where can I park?

Parking will be in the hay fields across the street from the Med Clinic. There will be police to direct pedestrian traffic from the parking lot to the concert.

Can I watch the concert from outside?

No, there will be fencing with drapery around the perimeter of the concert area.

Is the concert open container?

No, there is no alcohol at the concert.

Is there smoking allowed within the gates of the concert?

No, there is no smoking at the concert.

Are pets allowed at the concert?

No, pets are not allowed inside the concert area.

Can I bring lawn chairs to the event?

No, there will be no chairs allowed entry into the event.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The concert is rain or shine and will take place if there is light amount of weather present. Professionals will be keeping an eye on the weather to determine the safest actions for the guests of the event.
