You are invited to come and participate in an interactive activity designed to give you insight about the identities that we all carry. These identities vary from race, orientation, nationality, and socio-economic status. Though, we cannot choose these
identities, they often determine many of the outcomes we have in life. Ms. Lecia Brooks, the Southern Poverty Law Center national director for outreach and the director of the Civil Rights Memorial Center in Montgomery, will facilitate this activity and give
participants critical feedback on how to navigate these identities.
