The Office of Public Service will host a Service Learning Colloquia, Thursday, November 12, 12:30-2:00 p.m. in AU Student Center room 2310. The session will consist of a panel discussion on the topic of critical reflection for service-learning and active
citizenship. Mark Wilson will provide a brief overview of critical reflection techniques used by service-learning practitioners, and Rachel Naftel will discuss reflection from both a student and instructor perspective. Cristin Foster will discuss the role
of critical reflection in the deliberative decision-making forums held around the state on issues of concern to citizens. Auburn students and faculty/staff are invited to attend. Contact Joyce Thomas-Vinson at thomaj5@auburn.edu
