ALAS and the MCC will host a panel featuring faculty, staff and community leaders from Auburn and surrounding areas who either identify as Hispanic/Latino or work to advance and empower Hispanic/Latino people. The panelist will
discuss issues that affect Hispanic/Latino people on a university, city, state, national and global scale. They will field questions from the audience, discuss their journeys to success, and offer advice to students concerning navigating their heritage in an
increasingly hyper- partisan and polarized America.
