College of Liberal Arts Engaged Scholar and Associate Professor of Political Science Mitchell Brown will discuss “Enhancing Human Services through Civic Engagement” at a free lunch-n-learn on Wednesday, September 23 at 11:45 a.m. in 310 Tichenor Hall.
Dr. Brown will discuss the ways in which she integrates outreach, teaching, and research through program planning and evaluation courses with Master of Public Administration students. Recent work includes collaboration with child abuse and neglect programs,
as well as migrant health clinics.
