Civic Engagement Lunch-n-Learn with Liberal Arts Alumni on September 10 
 
Students, faculty, and community members are invited to attend a free lunch-n-learn with three recent graduates of the College of Liberal Arts on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 11:45 a.m. in 310 Tichenor Hall. 
Alumni guests include Mary Afton Day (’13), who is currently a Masters of Public Administration student at Auburn University; Marian Royston (’13), a George Mitchell Scholar now working in youth development in Roanoke, Ala.; Blake Evans (’13, ’15), an election analyst for the Escambia County (Fla.) Supervisor of Elections Office; and Kadedra Smith (’13, ’15), a program manager for Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs. Each guest will discuss how their undergraduate degree prepared them for life and work after graduation.  Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch; drinks and dessert will be provided.
