Retirement reception for Dr. Mark Burns of Political Science
Dr. Mark Burns, Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and former Health Services Administration program head in the College of Liberal Arts, will be retiring after 40 years of dedicated service. Burns has been at Auburn since 1975. He specializes in health administration, health policy, and organizational theory. Research by Dr. Burns has appeared in such journals as Administration and Society, Health Care Management Review, The Journal of Health and Human Services Administration, and The Southeastern Political Review.
