World History Symposium: Politics, Culture, and Economy across Time and Spacewith a special Luncheon Presentation by Dr. Joseph A. Kicklighter
This day-long symposium will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015, at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art. There will be a special luncheon presentation by Dr. Joseph Kicklighter, professor of History in the College of Liberal Arts. The registration fee is $10 for students and $20 for the general public. The registration fee includes attendance at all papers at the symposium, a catered hot lunch in the museum’s café, and drinks and snacks during breaks.
Join friends and faculty of Department of History and spend the day exploring various chapters in the history of the world from ancient to modern times. Through presentations and conversations, share knowledge about developments from the past that have contributed to making us who we are as individuals and as citizens of the world.
