Senior Executive Chef Emil O. Topel • Departing from the No Impact Week table on the Haley Concourse and going to Plains to Plate. Chef Emil will demonstrate the various ways that Tiger
dining is partnering with the AU Office of Sustainability to build a ‘greener’ campus. Reducing food waste and increased use of sustainable packaging, local purchasing and recycling will be covered as well as how he found a balance between sustainability and
his business responsibilities.
