Department of Music faculty member Bill Schaffer, horn, with Josh Pifer, piano, will present a recital on Thursday, March 12 at 7:30 pm in Goodwin Recital Hall. Dr. Schaffer is the Associate Professor of Horn and has performed with
Peoria Symphony (IL), the National Opera Company, and resident orchestras for such festivals as the 1989 Bodensee Festival in Friedrichshafen, W. Germany, and the Roque Cordero Festival Orchestra in Normal Illinois, as well as multiple chamber groups. Advanced
tickets are available online for all patrons (students and non-students) at $10 per ticket, available until the day before the event. Patrons will need to bring one form of ID to pick up their ticket from the will-call table set up one hour before the event
begins. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If advanced tickets are not picked up by fifteen minutes prior to the event, then they may be resold for waiting patrons. Regular tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for students and children,
