December 11, 2014
Time: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Location: Louise Kreher Forest Ecology Preserve

Join our guides for a peaceful morning walk as you take in the many sights and sounds of the preserve.  Nature Walks are geared for adults and offer excellent opportunities to socialize and learn, while enjoying fresh air and exercise in our beautiful outdoors. Walks are offered the second Thursday of each month from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. No pre-registration is required. Canceled in the event of rain. Hikes are free to the public. Groups meet at the pavilion located at the Forest Ecology Preserve on 2222 North College Street, Auburn, AL.
This month's theme is Warm for the Winter.  How do animals keep warm in the winter? Where do they sleep? What do they eat? We will hike out to look for burrows and fill the wildlife feeders.
