Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art presents the Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers, a program that brings in artists and their films for screening and discussion. November's guest
filmmaker is Kathy McCabe.
Good Ol' Freda is the story of Freda Kelly, a shy Liverpudlian teenager asked to work for a young local band hoping to make it big: The Beatles. Their loyal secretary from
beginning to end, Freda tells her stories for the first time in 50 years. Ms. Kelly is scheduled to appear alongside the filmmaker at the Auburn screening.
Admission is free. Advance ticket reservations are encouraged online, as auditorium seating is limited.
