AU Bookstore Open for Homecoming
The Auburn University Bookstore will be open Saturday, September 27th, 2014, from 8 A.M. until 3 P.M. for Auburn’s Homecoming football game versus Louisiana Tech. Come early on Game Day to
shop the sales tables and get your complimentary hand fan and spirit button, while supplies last.
Authors Mickey Logue and Jack Simms will be present to sign copies of the latest edition of their book, AUBURN: A Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village,
from 10 A.M until 12:30 P.M in the store. Mel Rosen, former Auburn and Olympic track and field coach, and Craig Darch, author of From Brooklyn to the Olympics: The Hall of Fame Career of Auburn University Track Coach Mel Rosen, will also be present for
a book signing from 10 A.M until 12:30 P.M. in the store. Josh and Wendy Torres will be signing copies of their children’s’ book, This Little Tiger from 10 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. on the Bookstore patio.
Kids of all ages can enjoy complimentary face-painting on the patio from 10 A.M until 2 P.M., with donations benefiting the food bank.
