No Impact Week, March 16 – 23, 2014
All events are free and open to the public. Students who attend the most events will win gift cards and t-shirts! Every day of No Impact Week has a theme. Wednesday’s theme is Food. There will be a sustainable campus food tour from 10 – 10:45 a.m. with Senior Executive Chef Emil O. Topel (departing from concourse to Plains to Plate in the Quad)
There will be a tasting-tour of Italian Chocolate from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center 2222/2223. Renowned Food Historian Francine Segan (www.francinesegan.com) will lead
the taste-tour. Don’t miss it!
