How did the first Christmas tree come to be? Learn all about the history of the Christmas tree and Yule log, We will make a decoration for the preserve tree from items we find out on our hike and enjoy some hot
cocoa.
Join our guides for a peaceful morning walk as you take in the many sights and sounds of the preserve. Nature Walks are provided for adults and offer excellent opportunities to socialize and learn, while enjoying
fresh air and exercise in our beautiful outdoors. Walks are offered the second Thursday of each month from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Pre-registration is not required. Canceled in the event of rain. Hikes are free to the public. Donations are welcomed.
