The Women’s Resource Center will be hosting its fifth annual Women’s Chocolate Festival on Wednesday, Nov. 13 from noon to 3 p.m. in the Student Center ballroom. It will include a large variety of campus and community organizations that focus on health
and wellness issues, such as massage therapy, fitness, sexual health, bone density and cancer screening. It is a great chance to learn about valuable resources for your health and wellness. There will also be a silent auction. Tickets for the festival will
be sold in advance at the Women’s Resource Center on the third floor of Mary Martin Hall and at the door for $5. Your ticket allows you four to five servings of assorted delicious chocolate treats. All proceeds benefit the Weekend Backpack Program, which provides
food on the weekends to children who may not have enough food at home.
